1. Scope of Infrastructure Services

Nexora Payments delivers high-throughput payment routing, automated cashier integrations, deposit/payout processing, and fraud mitigation infrastructure specifically tailored for licensed and verified betting operators.

2. Partner Eligibility & Onboarding

Integration with our processing corridors is subject to commercial verification and risk compliance:

• Partners must represent legitimate business entities with authorized operational status in their target jurisdictions.
• Partners must undergo risk assessment, integration testing, and approval by our partner acquisition team.
• Nexora Payments reserves the right to decline or suspend integrations that fail technical or fraud tolerance standards.

3. Clean Traffic & Operational Standards

Our core competitive advantage is operational longevity and ban resistance. Partners agree to adhere to strict traffic quality requirements:

• Exclusively route verified betting and gaming traffic without mixed unauthorized sources.
• Maintain dispute and chargeback rates strictly below designated network thresholds.
• Strictly prohibit bot farms, stolen card credentials, unauthorized money transfers, or illicit schemes.

4. Settlement, Fees & Billing

Applicable gateway processing fees, rolling reserves (if applicable), settlement cycles, and payout corridors are defined in individual commercial partner agreements executed prior to live traffic cutover.

5. System Availability & Service Levels

Nexora Payments provides high-availability multi-channel routing designed to ensure 99.9% gateway uptime. We continuously optimize traffic flows across South Asia, Latin America, and Africa to prevent single-point gateway failures.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary routing algorithms, brand assets, logos, design elements, APIs, and infrastructure documentation are the exclusive property of Nexora Payments and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Payments shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from banking network downtime, telecommunications outages, or third-party bank maintenance.

8. Amendments & Contact
